Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days, not counting public holidays. During festivals, deliveries can take a little longer. Outstation orders are shipped by courier.

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on orders above ₹1,500. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp (6309025406) or email (fancygiftingco@gmail.com). We will do our best to make changes, but we can't change an order once it has shipped.

Do you deliver to PO box addresses?
No. Please give a complete street address with a pincode so your gift arrives on time.

Personalised Gifts

How do I add a name or theme to a personalised gift?
At checkout, type the name and theme you want in the order note. We will call or WhatsApp you to confirm the design before we dispatch it.

Can I see the design before it is made?
Yes. We share the design with you on WhatsApp to confirm before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?
Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong or defective product.

How do I raise a return?
Send a full, unedited unboxing video showing your order ID to fancygiftingco@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at 6309025406. Once the return is approved, we schedule a pickup within 24 working hours.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive the product, the refund is sent to your original payment method. It usually reaches your account within 5 to 7 working days.

Bulk & Return Gifts

Do you take bulk orders for birthdays, return gifts or corporate events?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp at 6309025406 or email fancygiftingco@gmail.com with the item, quantity and date you need it by.
